Masala Tea /Masala Chai


Ingredients:
Milk-1 cup
Tea powder-2 to 3 tsp
Sugar-3 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Bay Leaves-1 small
Ginger-1 inch piece (optional)


Method:-

Bring all the ingredients together to boil.
Bring to boil.Simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain or filter tea into a cups and drink hot.


 Note- This tea recipe with / without ginger also its taste good.

masala tea sometimes i add whole spices ..the coriander seed is new to me..will try with the corinader seeds
